Funeral service

By slipperyminded

I never felt so alive

Sharing THE GRACE at a funeral service

Sipping my oxygen like it’s fine wine

Feel my lungs do its magic as I sigh

The sermon got to me I needed to be high

So I take another sip of my oxygen

Cheers to the deceased, ironically he can’t drink no oxygen no more.

Looked around and caught an old lady staring at me

For a sec I thought she could read my thoughts

Then I realized the grace was over

Standing alone in the midst of the crowd

Guess I had too much of that oxygen shit
